<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform job completion at an image forming system with a mode for making a user feel troublesomeness as little as possible. <P>SOLUTION: When each of information processing devices 3-1 to 3-M receives notification about an event corresponding to the own device from image forming devices 1-1 to 1-N, each of the information processing devices 3-1 to 3-M records the content in an event management table at first. In addition, even if each notification is transmitted by different protocol respectively, each of the information processing devices 3-1 to 3-M manages the content in one format at the event management table.
