PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting structure for easily connecting and integrating a pair of cylindrical pipes in an axial direction with simple work and performing smooth connection work even in a dark place. SOLUTION: The connecting structure connects and integrates the pair of cylindrical pipes 11, 12 in the axial direction by inserting a male side end 13 of one cylindrical pipe 11 into an opening 17 of a female side end 16 of the other cylindrical pipe 14, and fittingly locking an engaging protrusion 18 energized radially inward, into a protrusion insertion hole 12 formed in the peripheral surface of the male side end 13. A guide rid 19 is formed at the engaging protrusion 18. A guide groove 20 reaching the protrusion insertion hole 12 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the male side end 13, and a guide rib 34 is locked to the guide groove 20 and slidingly moved along the guide groove 20.
