PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter provision apparatus, a color conversion system, a parameter provision program and a color conversion program, which can duplicate color of original image with high precision by using a color conversion function prepared for PS as standard. SOLUTION: In the parameter provision device provided with a first parameter showing the correspondence between a first color space and homogeneous dimension color space and a second parameter showing the correspondence with homogeneous dimension color space and a second color space to a color conversion device for converting an input image data to an output image data, an identity parameter defined the identity transformation of coordinates of the first color space is transformed into the first parameter and provided, and a direct parameter defined the identity transformation of coordinates of the second color space is transformed into the second parameter and provided.
