PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grant a keyword so that accuracy of the keyword can be discriminated. SOLUTION: In an index file ID, a keyword and version information on an object recognition program P3 which has recognized an object corresponding to the keyword are described. A keyword update part P1e compares the version information on each keyword described in the index file ID with version information on the available object recognition program P3 to determine whether or not the latter is newer than the former. Then, with respect to image data in which the version information on the available object recognition program P3 is older than the version information on each keyword described in the index file ID, the keyword corresponding to the object is overwritten to the index ID file.
