PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop method for control processing capable of preventing an unnecessary long time from being required for the control processing provided with finish determination, even when the finish determination due to a time is not functioned normally. SOLUTION: This method clocks a current time (S203) to start special control (S204), when the special control (for example, defrosting operation or the like) provided with the finish determination due to the time (S215) is executed during usual control such as cooling or heating operation or the like. The method judges which the special control is finished usually or based on the finish determination due to the time (S205), and judges whether a prescribed time lapses or not after clocking the current time to start the special control (S207), when the special control is not finished. The special control is judged to be not operated normally, when the prescribed time lapses, and the special control is stopped forcibly to be returned to the usual operation (S208).
