PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a robot or the like to perform a task requesting real time performance. SOLUTION: An input/output relation model M<SB>1112</SB>is provided with an input network net<SB>11</SB>and an output network net<SB>12</SB>composed of a plurality of nodes having time-series pattern models expressing time-series patterns, and the input network net<SB>11</SB>and the output network net<SB>12</SB>are updated like self-organization based on time-series data, so that the nodes of the input network net<SB>11</SB>and the output network net<SB>12</SB>can be connected to each other, and so that the connection weight of winner nodes for the time-series data of frames at a time t of the input network net<SB>1</SB>and winner nodes for the time-series data of frames at the time t delayed only by a fixed time from the time t of the output network net<SB>2</SB>can be strengthened.
