PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing the antibacterial and antiviral activities of a synthetic fiber and also improving washing durability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the antibacterial/antiviral fiber is provided by pouring the solution of metal fine particles or medicine fine particles into a hollow fiber and then crushing the hollow part of the hollow fiber after pouring the metal fine particles or medicine fine particles into the hollow fiber.
