PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension structure excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: A positioning support 19 is provided, which has a cylinder portion 20 capable of fitting with an upper end of a coil spring 2 and a flange portion 21 capable of abutting on an upper end surface of the coil spring 2, and formed with a throat 22 fitted with a projecting portion 25 of a mount 9 between the cylinder portion 20 and the flange portion 21. The projecting portion 25 of the mount 9 is made to abut on the throat portion 22 of the positioning support 19 wherein the cylinder portion 20 is fitted at the upper end of the coil spring 2, thereby assembling the suspension structure to a vehicle frame 8.
