PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a conventional receipt printer, when folding or a natural curling is generated on a receipt printing paper, or jamming occurs resulting from a motion defect or the like of the receipt printer, the carried printing paper slacks, and the slacked section is wound around of a roller having a total width of the printing paper width for pressing the printing paper to a printing head, and there is a case in which the slacked section could be wound around the roller itself, and if the printing paper is wound around the roller, the recovery can not be done by resetting only, and the jamming removing work itself is difficult, and a period of time until the recovery is required, or the dispatching of a maintenance personnel of an instrument maker becomes necessary, and they become causes for the rise of the maintenance cost. SOLUTION: The roller of the total width of the printing paper for pressing the printing paper to the printing head is divided.
