PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type media stirring mill which prevents media from segregating and makes it move excellently to obtain an enhanced crushing/dispersion efficiency. SOLUTION: The circulation type media stirring mill 10 employs a stirring member 22 having a hollow tubular shape consisting of a circularly tubular wall 22a formed on the outer circumference and keeping one end closed with a hub 22b and the other end closed with a closure plate 22c. The circular-tube shaped wall of the stirring member is provided with a plurality of first media circulation openings 22d arranged circumferentially with equal intervals, and the hub and closure plate of the stirring member is provided with a plurality of second and third media circulation openings 22e, 22f in the circumferential direction with an equal interval, respectively.
