PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polluted liquid continuous treating method and treating system, which remove solid particle contents in the polluted liquid by a physical action such as a filtrate without using a chemical action such as a chemical flocculant to treat the polluted liquid. SOLUTION: The polluted liquid continuous treating method comprises the step of filtering the polluted liquid with a filtering device, and of removing the solid particle contents to clarify the polluted liquid. The method includes a filtering process of filtering the polluted liquid with the filtering device by sucking the polluted liquid in a polluted liquid tank from the filtering device to a filtrate tank by a suction pump, a back washing process of back-feeding the filtrate of the filtrate tank to the filtering device by a back washing pump to peeling off and scattering sludge attached to a filter of the filtering device, a precipitation process precipitating the sludge peeled off and scattered in the back washing process by its own weight on a belt placed on the bottom of the polluted liquid tank, and a discharge process discharging precipitate precipitated on the belt installed on the polluted liquid tank bottom from a belt conveyor type precipitate discharger. The method is characterized in that a pausing of the filtering process and a process of carrying out the back washing process are repeated while the filtering process, the precipitation process, and the discharge process are carried out at the same time.
