PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when using the toilet paper installed on a general toilet paper holder, the end part of the paper is hidden behind a paper cutting plate after one portion of toilet paper is used to cause difficulties and take time to draw out the end part of the paper for using the next portion and lack hygiene for the next person when using the paper since it requires touching parts other than the end of the toilet paper for drawing out the paper. SOLUTION: A toilet paper holder includes notches on both sides of a paper cutting plate 1. The end part of the paper 5 is visible even after one portion of the toilet paper is used, thus the drawing out of the next portion of the paper can be easily performed and the cleanliness is ensured by enabling the person draw out the paper without touching parts other than the end part of the paper.
