PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat-mounting structure by which interval between mounting bolts is freely adjusted for surely fixing the position of a toilet seat. SOLUTION: Both sides of a locking groove 3 formed on the lower surface of a toilet seat 1 are provided with first receiving portions 3a for locking a positioning plate 4 movable along the locking groove 3, both sides of the positioning plate 4 are formed with first projecting/recessed portions 8a, one of the locking groove 3 and the first receiving portion 3a is formed with a first recessed/projecting portion 8b meshing with the first projecting/recessed portion 8a, both sides of a through-hole 5 of the positioning plate 4 include second receiving portions 4a for locking flat head portions 7 of the mounting bolts 6, both sides of the flat head portion 7 are formed with second projecting/recessed portions 9a, and one of the positioning plate 4 and the second receiving portion 4a is formed with a second recessed/projecting portion 9b.
