PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly attain both of the reduction of a sense of incongruity and avoidance of erroneous operation due to the dispensing of game balls. SOLUTION: A shooting handle 126 is provided with a first pressure sensor 127 and a second pressure sensor 128 near the outer periphery of the handle. The pressure sensors output a sensor signal according to gripping force by the thumb FO and that by the pointing finger when a player grips the shooting handle 126. When the player performs gripping operation of the shooting handle 126 twice within a prescribed period, the player having performed the operation is considered to desire dispensing of the game balls, and the game balls are dispensed. That is, the handle gripping operation in the case of dispensing the game balls is regulated discriminated from handle gripping operation in the case of shooting the game balls.
