PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device suitable for an I-MRI required to make the communication of a surgeon and an operator present in an operation room and the communication of the surgeon and a staff supporting the surgeon properly. SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging device has a microphone 38 arranged in a photographing room informing sound command to the operator in the operation room from the surgeon in the photographing room, a surgeon voice extracting device 40 inputting the voice of the microphone 38 and extracting only the voice of the operator, the communication between the surgeon and the operator and between the surgeon and the staff supporting the surgeon is carried out by temporarily stopping the movement at least a phase encoder gradient magnetic field generating means and a read out gradient magnetic field generating means of an RF irradiating pulse generating means arranged in a magnetostatic field area from the voice command of the surgeon extracted by the operator voice extracting device, a slice select gradient magnetic field generating means, the phase encode gradient magnetic field generating means, and the read out gradient magnetic field generating means.
