A system and a method for managing customers in a beauty salon are provided to perform customer registration/search, sale aggregation, reception/withdrawal management, reservation, staff management, product order, statistics of each designer, and scheduling by including a desk server integrally managing customer information and a designer pc for inputting/searching the customer information. A desk server(100) is linked with a webpage connecting with the customers and integrally manages the customer information. A client(200) enables the customers to perform the registration and make a reservation through the webpage. The designer PC(300) searches and inputs the customer information to the desk server. The system is linked with a customer authentication system(400) authenticating the customer through the network and an SMS(Short Message Service) system(500) transmitting a short message to the customers. The desk server is installed with a program including a customer registering module, a customer searching module, a sale processor module, a sale aggregating module, a reception/withdrawal managing module, a reservation module, a staff managing module, and a shop status checking module. |
