A cooling device is provided to cut off vibration of fans or compressors by main and intermediate brackets by fastening them together with additional damping elements, thereby preventing the vibration from being transmitted to peripheral parts. A cooling device includes fans(20.1) and/or compressors individually supported on an intermediate bracket(16) or first vibration dampers(14.1) on the intermediate bracket, wherein the intermediate bracket is supported by second vibration dampers(14.2) mounted on a main bracket(10) and connected to a housing.
