<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine that is useful for decreasing fine lines and wrinkles and provide a method for cosmetic treatment of fine lines or wrinkles. <P>SOLUTION: An effective amount of at least one selected from manganese and its salts is included to prepare a medicine for deshrinking and/or relaxing the skin and/or subcutaneous tissue and the medicine is topically applied.
