<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation control system that is capable of stabilizing the rotation of an engine in idling and can prevent a voltage drop when an electrical load is put in, and to enhance a response. <P>SOLUTION: The generation control system includes: an electricity generated determination unit 211 that monitors a vehicle state and determines a requested electricity generated for a vehicle generator 1; an increase in electricity generated determination unit 208 that determines the presence or absence of a request for an increase in electricity generated for the vehicle generator 1, based on a temporal change in requested electricity generated; an idle determination unit 209 that determines whether or not the engine is in idling; and an electricity generated suppression control unit 206 that carries out control to suppress the electricity generated of the vehicle generator 1. When the idle determination unit 209 determines that the engine is in idling and the increase in electricity generated determination unit 208 determines that there is a request for increase in electricity generated, the electricity generated suppression control unit 206 is prevented from suppressing an electricity generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
