<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire having strength, improved recycling properties, which can be thinned for lowering the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wire 1 is provided with a center strands 3 for reinforcement for enhancing the intensity. The center strand 3 has magnetism. Peripheral strands 2, made of a plurality of sheets of pure copper for electric conduction, are arranged around the center strand 3. Due to the existence of the center strand 3, tensile strength of the wire 1 will be secured, even if its cross section is made smaller. Furthermore, the center strand 3 and other non-magnetic parts can be separated easily due to the magnetism at recovery.
