PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of increase of influence by continuously extending transactions to a server which causes fatal fault or enters an unstable state resulting in a fault, although the damage is remarkably escalated when a fault occurs in the business system in an information processing business system of a mission critical field in which a processing delay of transactions in one case has a remarkably large influence on business. SOLUTION: In this system, when a fault occurs in the server or at the stage prior to entering the state of a fault, operation information pieces such as middle ware of each active server, abnormality message output by an operating system and various kinds of resource information of each server are collected and analyzed to thereby instantaneously stop the server, when the continuation of service is determined to be improper, whereby the increase of influence upon the system can be prevented.
