PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-tone decorative sheet which can give a cubic effect of an outstanding fiber-tone which a nonwoven fabric originally has and to provide a manufacturing process of a fiber-tone decorative molded article using this. SOLUTION: Aluminum is vacuum-vapor-deposited from one surface of a nonwoven fabric made from a polyethylene terephthalate of 250 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and the fiber of the nonwoven fabric is coated with a high brightness film. The thickness of the high brightness film is set to 700Å. Moreover, a gluing layer made from a vinylchloride-vinyl acetate copolymer series resin is prepared by a rotogravure printing method on the surface of another side of the nonwoven fabric. Further, the vacuum vapor deposition surface of the nonwoven fabric is coated with a hybrid resin of an ultraviolet curable resin and an isocyanate curing resin using a lip coater by a thickness setting of Wet 25μm, an ultraviolet curing resin layer is formed, and a fiber-tone decorative sheet is obtained.
