PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electromagnetic failure caused by leakage of electromagnetic waves generated within an electromagnetic shield room including a plurality of spaces, electromagnetic waves leaked from an entrance/exit door or leakage generated from a control signal of equipment. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electromagnetic shield system comprising: an external door 3 including an electric lock 4; first and second manipulators 7a, 7b provided at both sides of the external door 3 for opening/closing the external door 3; a first indoor space 1 of which the surroundings are covered with an electromagnetic shield; a second indoor space 2 which is provided adjacently to the first indoor space 1 and of which the surroundings are covered with an electromagnetic shield; an internal door 5 which is provided between the first indoor space 1 and the second indoor space 2 and comprises an electric lock 4; third and fourth manipulators 8a, 8b provided at both sides of the internal door 5 for opening/closing the internal door 5; an interlock controller 9 which prohibits opening/closing due to another manipulator during an opening/closing operation term; a coaxial line 10 extending from the interlock controller and connected to the electric locks 4 and the manipulators; and low-pass filter circuits 11a-11d provided within the coaxial line 10.
