PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverser mechanism which includes a small number of assembly parts while having a performance equal to or higher than the performance of conventional parts and which can be manufactured at a lower cost. SOLUTION: This mechanism includes: a driving wheel (5), mounted on an arbor (6) so as to freely rotate, which is driven by a driving pinion (3) that vibrates; and a driven wheel (7) which includes a dome (11) for covering a binding device (10) including at least one locking arm (12) that engages with a first wheel set (1) of a kinetic chain, one end (14) of the at least one locking arm (12) having pivot points (14a, 14b) formed on the driving wheel (5), the other end (16) of at least the locking arm (12) having a contact point (16a) that makes a contact with the inner wall (2) of the dome (11) of the driven wheel (7) via a function of a spring (20) integrated with at least the locking arm (12).
