PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip having improved workability when mounted on a panel member. SOLUTION: When the clip is mounted on a vehicle panel P, an elastic leg piece 21 is inserted into a mounting hole S while being elastically deformed and it is deformed to be restored and locked to the hole edge of the mounting hole S. A reinforcing member 30 is inserted into the mounting hole S in inserted attitude (inclined to the center side of the mounting hole S forward in the direction of insertion into the mounting hole S) and held in assembled attitude (locked to the mounting hole S) by an inserting member 40. In this way, when the clip is mounted on the vehicle panel P, the reinforcing member 30 is inserted into the mounting hole S as it remains in inserted attitude, and so the reinforcing member 30, when inserted, has less resistance than in the case that it is elastically deformed by the hole edge of the mounting hole S and inserted thereinto, resulting in improved workability.
