PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored makeup cosmetic having a high transparent feeling and a color tone having suitable color saturation, while showing a pearly feeling with a high luminosity, without having excessive glaring feeling and easy for applying. SOLUTION: This makeup cosmetic contains (A) iron oxide-covered glass flakes obtained by coating the iron oxide on the glass flakes as a layer form and having 1 to 500μm mean particle diameter and 0.1 to 10μm mean thickness and (B) a colored luminous pearly luster mica obtained by coating at least one coloring agent on the mica as a layer form and having 1 to 500μm mean particle diameter and 0.1 to 5μm mean thickness.
