PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle which can give/receive electric power to/from an external device, and which reduces the possibility of being stolen. SOLUTION: This vehicle comprises; a traveling and power generation system 14 which is set effective during the traveling of the vehicle and the giving/receiving of the electric power; a load 12 only for use in traveling, which is set effective during the traveling of the vehicle and which is different from that of the system 14; an input section which receives instructions from a vehicle key 3 for power generation and a vehicle key 2 for traveling; and a control section 6. When the instructions given via the input section are given by the vehicle key 3, the control section 6 operably controls the system 14, and inoperatively controls the load 12.
