PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of asbestos removing work, while maintaining health of a worker by inexpensively enhancing safety, in a permeation management method of an unscattering agent in the asbestos removing work. SOLUTION: This permeation management method of the unscattering agent in the asbestos removing work, detects the permeation depth of a dust unscattering agent applied to a spraying material 2, by measuring electric resistance between detecting pins 1 and 1, by inserting the conductive detecting pins 1 in the thickness direction to the inside from the outside of the spraying material 2 at a proper interval into the spraying material.
