PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance and retention heat stability. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing 100 parts wt. of a resin composition (A) composed of a graft copolymer (a-1) obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer with another monomer copolymerizable with the aromatic vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber-like polymer or composed of the graft copolymer (a-1) and a copolymer (a-2) obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer with another monomer copolymerizable with the aromatic vinyl monomer with 3-12 parts wt. of a phosphoric acid ester-based flame retardant (B) and 0.1-1 part wt. of a lubricant (C) not substantially changing the glass transition temperature of a matrix part in the resin composition (A).
