PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane-terminated urethane-containing resin composition which contains surface-treated calcium carbonate, has good storage stability, and has an imparted high viscosity and an imparted good thixotropic property. SOLUTION: This silane-terminated urethane-containing resin composition is characterized by adding surface-treated calcium carbonate having an integrated 90% diameter of 0.01 to 1μm in a particle size distribution by a wet laser diffraction scattering method to a silane-terminated urethane-containing resin obtained by binding urethane groups to both the sides of a main chain comprising a polyoxypropylene and further binding silane groups to both the terminals.
