Ni-BASED HEAT-RESISTANT ALLOY FOR GAS TURBINE COMBUSTOR

Disclosed is a Ni-based heat-resistant alloy for a gas turbine combustor. The alloy has the following chemical composition (by mass): Cr: 14.0-21.5%; Co: 6.5-14.5%; Mo:6.5-10.0%; W:1.5-3.5%; Al:1.2-2.4%; Ti:1.1-2.1%; Fe:7.0 or less; B:0.001-0.020%; and C: 0.03-0.15%; with 0.1-1.0% of Nb being contained optionally and the remainder being Ni and unavoidable impurities, wherein the unavoidable impurities are required to have an S content of 0.015% by mass or less and a P content of 0.015% by mass or less. The alloy has such a metallographic structure that an M₆C-type carbide and an MC-type carbide are dispersed uniformly in a base material.
