The aircraft has wings which can vary in their angle and so all height maneuvers can be carried out without the direct involvement of the fuselage, which is kept passive or horizontal. The aircraft comprises wings (1,2), fuselage (3), rudders (4,5), ramps (6,7), tilt rods (8,9) and tilt mechanisms (10,11). The direct involvement of the wings exists in the movement for the angle modification in relation to the longitudinal axis (A). By this modification the lift force can be greater than, equal to, or less than the gravity force.
