It is intended to provide a percutaneous absorption promoting agent which is excellent in a percutaneous absorption promoting effect and high in safety and usability, a percutaneous absorption type preparation in which the percutaneous absorption promoting agent is formulated and a percutaneous absorption system for a skin valuable material. The percutaneous absorption promoting agent characterized by containing an enzyme such as protease or lipase, the percutaneous absorption preparation characterized by containing a skin valuable material and the percutaneous absorption promoting agent and the percutaneous absorption system for a skin valuable material characterized by applying the percutaneous absorption preparation to the skin. As the percutaneous absorption system for a skin valuable material, a passive diffusion system, an iontophoresis system, a sonophoresis system or a patch vaccine system is preferable.
