<p>A method for the group call cell access is disclosed, and the method comprises the following steps: after the mobile switching center MSC sends the first assign request for a certain group call cell to the base station controller BSC, the MSC determines if the response message for the first assign request returned by the BSC has been received; if not, the MSC sends a second assign request of the group call cell; if the MSC has received the assign result message retuned by the BSC, it will connect the group call cell to this group call. A MSC and a BSC for realizing the above method are also disclosed. With the present invention, we can guarantee to connect the group call cell to the group call as much as possible, overcome the shortcoming that some cells can't access due to channel congestion, and improve the system reliability.</p> |
