A method for diagnosing the tunneled coronary artery provides for standard coronarography in examining a patient with the ischemic heart disease in anamnesis. When the angiographic examination do not reveal the changes, the assay with the intracoronary administration of 0.5-1 mL of 0.5% Isoket is performed for diagnosing the tunneled coronary artery.
