A lubricant discharge unit for transmissions is provided to adjust a discharge amount of oil by forming a neck portion on an internal tubular body which reduces the discharge amount. An internal tubular body(7) is composed of an upper cylindrical portion and a lower cylindrical portion which are formed with male threaded portions(N1) on outer peripheries. A neck portion is formed between the upper cylindrical portion and the lower cylindrical portion. The male threaded portion of the upper cylindrical portion is engaged to a female threaded portion(N2) formed in an oil discharge port(3) which is formed on a lower portion of the case(1). An external housing(9) is formed in a cylindrical shape to enclose the internal tubular body. The male threaded portions are engaged to a female threaded portion formed in the housing.
