A cooling fan module is provided to improve a cooling effect by obtaining uniform flow speed at an outlet of a heat radiation fin and to decrease a peak noise of the heat radiating fin. A cooling fan module comprises a base frame(20), a cooling fan(21), and a heat radiation fin(22). The cooling fan is mounted at the base frame and rotated for a ventilating operation. The heat radiating fin is mounted at one side of the cooling fan to radiate the heat generated at a CPU(Central Process Unit) and a circumferential device. Length of the heat radiating fin is different for uniform distribution of flow speed for a side of an outlet. A portion of the heat radiating fin with different length is mounted at a ventilating direction of the cooling fan. The length of the ventilation-focused heat radiating fin from the cooling fan is longer than the other heat radiating fin.
