A multi-layered circular dies for forming a multi-layered thermoplastic resin product, and a forming method thereof are provided to increase the number of layers favorably by simplifying the structure thereof and to improve quality thereof. A multi-layered circular dies for forming a multi-layered thermoplastic resin product comprises a disc layering body and a double pipe-type hollow guide member(20). The disc layering body is formed by layering a plurality of discs. One side of the hollow guide member is contacted along a circular circumstance of the disc layering body, and the other side of the hollow guide member is extended in a shape of a circular ring whose interval is reduced. The disc includes a center portion(11), a concave groove(16), and an extrusion unit(18). The center portion is formed with plural connected penetration holes(12,13,14). The concave groove is positioned at an outside of the center portion and formed with predetermined depth. The extrusion unit is positioned between the outside of the concave groove and an outer end of the disc and formed with height which is higher than the concave groove and lower than the center portion. The disc is formed with a passage connected with the concave groove which is close to one of the plural penetration holes.
