<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a fastening load of sufficient magnitude and furthermore to hold it. <P>SOLUTION: This fastening structure for a tank component comprises an interposed member 7 clamped between a seat face 6 formed at a mouthpiece part 2, and a seat face 5 formed at the tank component 3, and brought into contact with each of the seat faces 5, 6 in the mutually separated state of the seat faces 5, 6. The interposed member 7 can be formed of material hard to deform elastically.
