<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal-mounting type instrument holder and a vertical-mounting type instrument holder for improving the convenience for an operator, preventing a cutting tool (a cutter) of an instrument from injuring the fingers of the operator and preventing the cutting tool of the instrument from injuring an adjacently disposed instrument hose. <P>SOLUTION: The instrument holders consist of the horizontal-mounting type instrument holder 9 and the vertical-mounting type instrument holder 5 disposed under the front part of the horizontal-mounting type instrument holder 9. The instrument 8 can be suspended from the vertical-mounting instrument holder 5 with a head of the instrument 8 downward. The operator's hand does not touch cutting tools (cutters) 8a<SB>1</SB>-8a<SB>3</SB>when the operator takes out the instrument.
