MELT EXTRUSION MOLDING METHOD AND SHEET

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt extrusion method for stably molding a sheet which has no folding in the end part and is used as an optical member.

SOLUTION: In the extrusion method, a molten amorphous resin is extruded from a die 3 onto a cooling roll 4 into a sheet. The draw-down angle 8 of the molten resin extruded from the die 4 is controlled to be≤30°.
