<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation confirmation of host equipment in an assurable writing performance of a flash memory, whereas the flash memory is changed in writing performance depending on its using state. <P>SOLUTION: The nonvolatile storage device comprises a flash memory 104 and a controller 103 which controls the flash memory 104 to control an interface with a host 101. The flash memory 104 has dispersion of time characteristic in writing or deleting of data. The controller 103 includes a worst setting flag 108 and a regulated busy output circuit 109, and the regulated busy output circuit 109 operates in a general manner when the worst setting flag 108 is not set, and operates so as to have an output performance of a busy signal of the worst state when the worst setting flag is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
