<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate incorporating a solid electrolytic capacitor for contributing to the smoothing of current supply to a high-speed IC and a decrease in noise. <P>SOLUTION: In the substrate incorporating solid electrolytic capacitors, a section for separating positive/negative electrodes made of an insulating material is provided at one portion of valve metal foil having a porous section in which a dielectric film is formed on the surface, the positive and negative electrodes are insulated electrically by the section for separating the positive/negative electrodes, the negative electrode has a solid electrolyte layer formed on the porous section, the positive electrode is electrically connected to the metal section of a valve metal sheet body, a plurality of solid electrolytic capacitors are provided inside, the solid electrolytic capacitors are not connected electrically, and current flows into each solid electrolytic capacitor from one portion of the positive electrode and flows out of another positive electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
