PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus using OFDMA (orthogonal frequency division multiple access) in which long-term frame disappearance does not occur in a data burst allocated to each subscriber even in a case where the frequency band of a certain sub-channel is being strongly interfered for a long time. SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus is characterized in comprising a scheduling means for performing control so as not to continuously allocate the same data burst to a quality deteriorated sub-channel if it is detected based on sub-channel line quality information that the quality of specific one or more sub-channels is deteriorated rather than prescribed quality continuously in time.
