PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which outputs an image signal having a proper reduction rate to an image reproducing apparatus of output destination. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 100 outputs a reference image 503, to understand an external margin of the image before the image signal is output from a built-in TV output processing portion 113 to an external image reproducing apparatus and sets the reduction rate of the image so as to display it on a screen properly. The entire image can be displayed in a proper size (screen 502), even to the image reproducing apparatus (screen 501) which is likely to be lack of a periphery of the image thereby.
