PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a vehicle-mounted digital terrestrial television receiving system by connecting an antenna of dominant reception sensitivity out of a plurality of antennas selectively with a receiving circuit, thereby decreasing the number of the receiving circuit as compared with the number of antennas. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted digital terrestrial television receiving system comprises a plurality of antenna elements, one selector circuit connected with the plurality of antenna elements and receiving a signal from each antenna element, a selector control circuit connected with the selector circuit and selecting an antenna element of dominant reception sensitivity among the antenna elements, a plurality of receiving circuits fewer than the number of the antenna elements each receiving the signal of the antenna element selected by the selector control circuit, and a synthesizing circuit connected with the plurality of receiving circuit.
