PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a solid electrolyte capacitor with excellent productivity and workability, capable of stably forming a solid electrolytic layer with excellent quality. SOLUTION: The device includes: a supply for supplying a positive electrode body 1 with a positive electrode 3 stuck thereto to a polymeric liquid 7; negative electrodes 8 arranged at both the ends of the positive electrode body 1 in the polymeric liquid 7. The positive electrode 3 to be used is obtained by defining aluminum foil as a base material, and forming a conductive thin film layer on the surface. Power feeding rollers for applying a voltage on the positive electrode 3 are arranged at two places before immersing the positive electrode body 1 in the polymeric liquid 7 and after pulling-out the body 1 from the liquid 7. Power feeding pins 5a with a diagonally notched distal end are implanted on the peripheral surface of the power feeding roller 5 to be arranged after pulling-out. Thus, the power feeding pins 5a are stuck to the positive electrode 3, where the solid electrolytic film is formed on the surface after electrolytic polymerization, so as to destroy the solid electrolytic film, and also the broken surface of the base material is expressed so as to secure conductivity.
