PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk medium capable of being utilized for an advertising medium, and to provide a contents recording disk creation system, a control method of the content recording disk creation system, and a program therefor. SOLUTION: The DVD-R medium 72 has: an advertisement data area E11 being a recording object of advertisement data for reproducing advertisement image only for the prescribed time; and a normal data area E12 being a recording object of normal data being able to DRAW after recording of advertisement data.
