PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further clearly express a change in luminance of an image based on monochromatic digital image data. SOLUTION: A conversion part 121 converts input image data that is monochromatic digital image data taken by an imaging device 11 to color digital image data by assigning pixel values of color digital image corresponding to different colors, to luminance values of the input image data, respectively. An encoder 122 converts the converted color digital image data into a predetermined format of color analog image signal, and outputs it to a display device 113 through an analog output part 123. An encoder 125 converts the converted color digital image data to a predetermined format of color digital image data, and outputs it to a display device 114 through a digital output part 125.
