PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conditioning wear for foot designed so as to maintain the arch of the sole of a wearer to improve stability of her (his) ankle to lessen the fatigue of her (his) foot. SOLUTION: The conditioning wear for foot is provided with the following: a sole high-power part 21 longitudinally arranged at the sole part ranging from a toe-base position or a position apart from the toe base at a prescribed interval to the heel side across the sole center part; and a sole low-power part 22 longitudinally arranged at the sole part so as to be joined to at least the thumb and the little toe at both ends of the toes so that the arch part forms a longitudinal arch (A) and a transverse arch B when worn.
